Senior Manager, Technical Support
(San Jose, California based)
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for providing pre- and post-sales technical support to new and existing customers of BGI’s COVID-19 testing solution. The technical support roles include but are not limited to providing technical consultation, assisting assay verification and validation, performing trouble shooting, etc. to ensure successful adoption of BGI’s COVID-19 testing products for SARS-CoV-2 clinical testing.
